A Singapore base, built for the work between borders.
Absolute H Pte Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated advisory and transaction-facilitation firm. We are retained by mandate holders, family offices, and operating companies on transactions that cross at least one border — and usually more than one regulator, one bank, and one language of contract.
The firm was incorporated in Singapore in 2018 to consolidate work that had, for years, been carried out on a mandate-by-mandate basis across the India–Southeast Asia–Africa corridor. Our practice today spans mergers and acquisitions, commodity transaction facilitation, healthcare investment advisory, the supply of medical technology and consumables, and corridor business development.
The firm operates on a small number of principles that are not negotiable: engagements are handled personally by the principals; counterparties are independently verified before introductions are made; every draft that leaves the firm has been read line by line; and when a transaction does not stand up to diligence, we say so, in writing, without delay.
We do not accept success-only engagements where the underlying counterparty has not been verified. We do not take on mandates where the paperwork has been prepared by a party we cannot reach. And we do not represent both sides of the same table.
Principals
A career of transactions, carried into a firm.
The principals have spent their careers on the working side of cross-border transactions — as promoters, board members, investment counterparties, and mandated facilitators — across Singapore, India, Japan, Malaysia and Africa. Between them, they have executed transactions in listed-company M&A, physical commodity trade, and hospital-sector investment, and have sat on the boards and investment committees that approve them.
Correspondence with the firm is confidential, direct, and reciprocated in kind. There is no intake desk and no associate layer between the client and the file.
